Scheduling Your Appointment
The office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:45am to 5:00pm

We will attempt to schedule your visit at a time that is convenient for you.  Emergency situations are bound to arise. We make every effort to make you an appointment that same day.  If you need to cancel an appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. Please inform the office prior to your visit of any pertinent medical conditions.  These possible conditions include diabetes, recent surgical procedures, heart conditions, artificial valves and joints (which require premedication) and anticoagulant therapy (coumadin use).  The doctors are available for emergencies after hours and weekends at (703) 370-3012.

Things to remember to bring to your scheduled appointment:

  1. Insurance cards- medical and dental
  2. X-Rays (You may have your dentist send them to our office or e-mail them to us.  If different x-rays are needed, such as a panorex, we will take them at our office.)
  3. Referral form- If you have been sent by a dentist to our office, he/she will delineate your treatment plan on this referral form
  4. List of all medication
  5. A parent or legal guardian to accompany minors

Insurance and Financial Information

We provide our patients with the most modern surgical care available at reasonable costs. We will work with you and your insurance company to obtain the greatest reimbursement possible for all covered procedures.  However, you are responsible for the fees charged by this office. For your convenience we do accept all major credit cards and cash. Please remember to bring your insurance information, both medical and dental, with you to your appointment so that we may help you clarify your benefits.

Instructions for patients undergoing General Anesthesia
  1. Do not eat or drink (including water) anything for 6 (six) hours prior to your appointment. 
  2. An adult over the age of 18 must accompany the patient to the office and stay during the procedure.  This person must be able to drive the patient home.
  3. The patient should wear loose fitted clothing and sleeves that can be rolled up.  Please do not wear contact lenses, jewelry, high heeled shoes, make up or nail polish.
  4. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
  5. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery for 24 hours after the general anesthesia
